Monroe Kent III starred in FIVE GUYS NAMED MOE recreating NoMax in London's West End prior to taking over the one-man-show UNFORGETTABLE based on the life of Nat “King” Cole from the shows creator Clarke Peters,
He released his CD “Black To Broadway” and was prominently featured in HEY, MR. PRODUCER at the Lyceum Theatre appearing on both its video and CD recordings and appeared as Caiaphas in Jesus Christ Superstar at the Shreveport Opera House .
He is a member of Michael McElroy’s renowned Broadway Inspirational Voices and includes among his recording credits the Grammy nominated CDs "Great Joy" and Barbara Cooks "Count Your Blessings".

Producer
Balancing a career as a performer AND as a producer began in 2000 with his companies first tour of the West End production UNFORGETTABLE in the US.
It has gone on to play South Africa, Amsterdam and Belgium. He has also produced "Black To Broadway" starring T.C. Carson, "No Ordinary Christmas" w/ singing sensation Kim Burrell, and "Simply ELLAgance" with Cherisse Scott to name a few.

Producing new works by and for established artists. Productions include No Ordinary Christmas (a gospel celebration) and UNFORGETTABLE the Nat King Cole tribute written by Clarke Peters and Larrington Walker, creators of the Broadway and West End production Five Guys Named Moe. Tours have included the US, South Africa, the Netherlands and inclusion in the Piccolo Spoletto festival.
My goal is to continually create new projects and outlets to open doors and maintain employment for the talents and creative works of emerging artist and seasoned professionals.
